Cap City Scrappers is a grassroots basketball program based out of Albany, New York. Over the last 7 years of our existence we've been rapidly growing and building on our success! We expect our 8th year to be the biggest one yet in 2023!

Our Program focuses on skill development, hard work and consistency. Our main goal is to stay the course and get our players recruited & enrolled into college programs.
