Cap City Scrappers is a grassroots basketball program based out of Albany, New York. Over the last 10 years of our existence we've been rapidly growing and building on our success! 
Our Program focuses on skill development, hard work and consistency. Our main goal is to stay the course and get our players recruited & enrolled into college programs.
